WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to amend the accountability of the Menelik II medical and health science college based on the law as it was previously accountable to Kotebe metropolitan university and theuniversity is a federal institution; WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to re-organize the college in such a way to produce competent health professionals at different levels through integrating theoretical and practical trainings at the desired level in order to meet the skilled human resource demand at city as well as national level; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 91 of the Addis Ababa City Government Executive Organs Establishment and to specify the power and duties of the thereof Proclamation No. 74/2021 (as amended), the Cabinet of the Addis Ababa City Government has ssued this Regulation.
